Words and Phrases Conscious People Stop Using.
Updated: Feb 10, 2020
Words have energy. They have form and structure. When you speak them you invite and invoke the energy of them. They create energy in your life. As you become more conscious, you understand that the words you speak have limiting meaning. They take you out of being present in your life and into the system they represent.
The biggest part of living consciously is understanding how to be present with energy. The energy of words is HUGE! Being conscious equals being responsible for the energy you create in your own life. Also not choosing to operate in an unconscious manner with the words you are speaking.
Here’s my list of words to stop using to consciously create your life.
Trust- firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
How many times have you trusted someone with something only to be let down? You trusted them with your heart and they broke it. Or maybe you trusted them in your home and they stole from you. Or you trusted them in your business and they backstabbed you. Well, the thing is when you "trust" someone you put blind faith that they are capable of performing in the way you expect them too. "I trusted them to take care of the car." Did you ask them if they were capable of taking care of the car? And if so did you feel the energy of the words they were saying. Did they match? Get out of trust and into what you know to be true.
Expect/ Expectation- with regards (something) is likely to happen or believe (something or someone) will uphold something.
When you expect or have an expectation of someone you are saying, "I am not willing or can't be present here so I will just blindly decide this is true." You don't expect someone to be a good person. You stay present with them and see what they are choosing. You don't expect the babysitter to take good care of your children. Be present with them and see if they are capable of upholding what you require and desire for the care of your children.
Want- a lack or deficiency of something.
When you tell the Universe you "want" something, what you are saying is "you lack it." If you want money, you are saying, I lack money. The Universe responds by giving you a lack of money. Change the "wants" to the word desire. Desire helps to invoke and display the energy of what you are looking for.
Hope- a feeling of expectation for a certain thing to happen.
Don't hope something happens, choose it. We often hope we will have a good day. Or we hope life will turn out the way we want it to. Don't hope for things. Get clear about what you want and choose it. Choose to have a good day. Choose to have an amazing life. Choose to create your desires. Choose invokes the energy of creation.
Try- make an attempt or effort to do something.
Kind of the same as above. Don't attempt to do something. Choose it.
I don’t know- I am not sure.
Actually you do know and if you don't you can learn how to always know. When you say, "I don't know" you are in limbo. Nothing moves here. It's stagnant energy of worry and upset that keeps you looping in never knowing. Truth is, you can know. You can always know. You just have to be the space to do that. You can learn to feel what is true in your body. You can learn how to ask questions so you can always feel whats true. When you stop playing in the "I don't know" energy and you allow yourself to know with certainty your life shifts and changes and EVERYTHING gets better and easier.
