Is That Pain Even Yours?

As a child we are taught to internalize EVERYTHING... Seriously everything! Your body is a receiving organism. Always receiving information. That women is sad....Your body perceives it, you feel it inside your body (your body is just giving you information) then you think.... I feel sad. Then you internalize the sadness. Your body goes into reaction because your body is smart and knows that sadness really isn't yours. But you feel uncomfortable.... and someone says.... what's wrong with you?? And you go IDK... I guess I feel sad.... but I don't know why? I just do. From a very young age we are taught by society that if you feel something it must be yours. You don't feel emotion for no reason?? What? That's crazy.... Really... society is crazy. We have been taught all wrong. You my dear have always been a receiver of information. Your little body has always been giving you it and your little body has been over processing it ever since. In fact... you have information stored in your body right this very moment that isn't yours. You are a very good internalizer and figurer outer. Always have been. Did you know that some of your common body issues can come from this misidentification of information???? When I used to do massage I would constantly see clients who were riddled with stored information within their systems that wasn't theirs. Often this would manifest as a physical symptom like chronic back pain or random headaches. Once we released the information... BAM. Pain gone. Just like that. How much information do you have stored inside your body that isn't?

Crazy question right? Learn to be the receiver of information without identification and set your life free.
