When you find yourself ready to stop being so over emotional it can feel daunting.
There's this loop that happens that tells you things like:
"You're too far in."
"You've made too many mistakes." "You should feel bad for this."
"You're never going to change this." And all of that can be true if you allow it.
You see people who are successful in actually changing this paradigm acknowledge these thoughts and ideas. As they have been there for a long time. And they are taking up lots of space. But that's all. They are just thoughts and ideas. And they are only true because you made them true for yourself at some point and you keep buying them as true. But right now you have a different choice. You can right now make the choice to stop being looped into the over-emotional paradigm and then use tools to free yourself from within it. Here's some beginning tips:
Acknowledge what you feel without making it wrong. That translates into: "I am angry." Not, "I always lash out in anger, I'm a bad person." Or "This person makes me so mad, they are always creating drama in my life." Nope. None of that. Acknowledge what you are feeling, that is all. Nothing after.
Write everything down. All the things you are feeling. Get it all out.
Breathe. Give yourself lots of space to just breathe through the emotions.
Acknowledge the pattern you are in. More than likely you have been looping here for a long time. Acknowledge it. Feel it. Allow it.
Make a choice to not perpetuate this any longer. This is just a step that will help you to start taking back control. A loop takes you out of being present and makes you act or react in a certain way. Decide you won't do this anymore.

You are the most powerful creator in your life. Most of these looping patterns aren't your fault. You have generational ties and lifetimes of energies looping you back into these patterns.
