5 Rituals For Anxiety And Overwhelm

Living with anxiety and overwhelm can be debilitating…..

Constantly feeling anxious and overwhelmed is no way to live. Learning to free yourself is a step by step process that when regularly practiced changes the way your body responds to stressful situations and gives you a choice to choose something different. The more you practice these tools the better you will get at being the space of relaxation and ease.


Step 1

Breathe. Take some nice deep breaths. Connect to your body.


Step 2

Expand. Put your barriers down, barriers down, barriers down.

Take a few moments to consciously expand.

Make yourself as big as the room that you are in-

All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Make yourself as big as the building you are in-

All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Make yourself as big as the city you are in-

All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Make yourself as big as the state you are in-

All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Make yourself as big as the planet we are on, as big as planet earth becoming one with everyone and everything. All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Make yourself as big as the Universe-

All the way out, all the way down and all the way up, take a nice deep breath.

Times that by a million, times that by a million and time that by a million again. All the way out to the space of who you be as the infinite being you be. Repeat that until you feel a space of relaxation. If you don't feel relaxed you aren't far enough expanded.


Step 3

Put everything out in front of you that you are anxious or worried about. All the thoughts, feelings, emotions, and all the people and situations. Dump everything out in front of you. Pull pure positive life force energy from behind it, through it, through the space in between and receive that energy into your body, taking a nice deep breath. Just receive from it. Breathing and being present with the energy you receive.

No head noise.


Step 4

Stop looping your fears and ask some questions. Truth is this going to happen? Or something else? Always ask the direct question in which you are “worrying” about with the statement- or something else.

Feel what feels true in your body. Stop looping in worst-case scenarios. Ninety-nine percent of the time that in which you are worrying about is never true.

The truth will always set you free. If something feels light and true for you it is true. If something makes you feel heavy, it is always false.


Step 5

Stop concluding. Stop deciding you have to know everything. The Universe has a million possibilities. Stop deciding you only have one or two options.

Breathe, expand out, pull and receive and ask some questions. The more awareness you have to easier it is to function in this reality.

Also, the more information you have the easier it is to make decisions in your life. Ask lots of expansive questions. Use the following as a guide to get out of your head and stop concluding!

After you have followed steps one through five ask the following questions:

What else is possible here I have never considered? What can I be, do or receive to change this to ease? What would it take for me to have ease in my body with this situation? What else can show up to create this as ease? What would it take for this to be ease? What can I receive to make this be ease? What can I be aware of to make this be ease? What can I choose to give my body the ease I require? What can I choose to have the space of ease? What would it be like if this change to ease magically?

You do not have to suffer from anxiety. This universe is a magical place with tons of magical possibilities.

Learn to be different by following these simple tools and change your life to ease magically.

You do not have to suffer from anxiety anymore.
