Were you made wrong for knowing too? I remember when I was young and I would point something out that was in my opinion blatantly obvious. And someone would say, “you can’t say that!” or ”that’s mean.” And I would be like, “how is telling the truth mean?”
I never understood how bringing attention to the truth was so bad? I wasn’t judging the person or situation. I truly didn’t have a point of view. It was like black and white. This is what’s occurring.
Over and over I was shunned, outcast and made wrong for sharing the truth.
Can you relate?
As a highly sensitive person you too have probably always just known and more than likely you too where made wrong for that inner knowledge. Like you were being some kind of bad person for pointing out the truth.
You aren’t allowed to acknowledge that uncle Bob is a pedophile.
How dare you call uncle Jim an alcoholic, that’s not nice.
Why? Because no one wants to face the truth so you weren't allowed to point it out.
I call bull sh*t. It’s time to stop allowing these old places of the past to stop us from embracing the truth. All those times you were shut down it created a wonky inside your space of inner knowing. Every time someone called you mean or made you wrong for speaking the truth created a inner loop of wrongness.
It’s time to allow yourself to step into the power of your own inner knowing. Time to balance out and clear those spaces and places someone told you, you weren’t allowed to know. Now we embrace the truth and know you don't even have to share it. Just knowing it is enough to create ripples of change.
