I had the weirdest thing happen to me recently. One of my daughters has recently signed up for the ski club at school. She has never skied a day in her life. lol. So I'm looking at all the stuff she needs from ski snow pants to goggles to helmets oh my! And it's kind of overwhelming. Her first meeting was coming up so I'm google searching like crazy, looking at what am I going to buy.
I happened to see on facebook marketplace, thank you algorithms, that a woman is selling a brand new pair of snowboarding goggles for $25.00 and they’re nice ones so I'm in! I message her and let her know I want them but she's like 2 hours from me so I ask her if she can mail them. She agrees. I tell her that I will send her $45.00. She is not okay with that. She tells me all the reasons she can't accept that much more money over what she's selling them for. Then she tells me that I can send her $35.00 and that will cover shipping and the product. So I do. She messages me back to let me know that PayPal took out $1.32 and I will probably owe her up to an additional $3.00 depending on if she can figure out the fees correctly. I can feel how contracted and in upset, she is about money. I can perceive how the thought of receiving even a penny more than what she wants to sell it for is literally pushing her over the edge. I remember what it used to be like to obsess and worry about money... and let me tell you there is absolutely, positively no reason to be in money upset. None.
There was a time in my life that money was hard for me. There was a time I really believed I would never have enough.
But you know what? I changed that. I cleared my way to a flow of money where I always, always have more money than I require at any given moment. You can too!
And you know what? I have paid PayPal, Square and Stripe tons of money this year in fees.... And I haven't stressed one time doing it. Just yesterday I paid over $200. just in fees. No joke. Because you know what? The more fees I'm paying the more money I'm receiving! So today as I look at my journey to clearing my toxic viewpoints about money out I invite you to do the same thing.
Take every toxic thought, belief, upset and contraction you can think of around money and destroy it. You can receive beyond your wildest dreams. 💚
