Acknowledging what you know.
Acknowledging the patterns that no longer serve you.
Acknowledging when you do things you don’t want to do anymore.
Acknowledging when you mess up.
Acknowledging when you are brilliant.
Acknowledging when you follow your awareness.
Acknowledging when you choose what works for you and
acknowledging when you don’t.
Acknowledging that you are a being with a body, shifting and changing lifetimes of baggage and information that feels exhausting.
Acknowledging that some days will be difficult and
acknowledging some days will be ease.
Acknowledging that you are learning.
Acknowledging your growth, your possibility, your greatness.
Acknowledgment goes a long way.
It creates ripples of change and tons of space.
