Right now more than ever it's uber important to focus on the life you desire to create. Energies are intensifying and life as we know it is changing. The normal we once experienced is gone for good. Soon life will be filled with new choices and new experiences. What you desire will manifest quicker and easier then ever before. But this is a two-way street. If you focus on lack and limitation, it will present itself just as fast. The Universe doesn't understand what you do desire and do not. It only speaks in frequencies and vibrations. What you are focusing on right now is exactly what you are telling the Universe you want more of. Is that something you actually desire to create?
If not try these tips out for a test run and allow yourself to project exactly what you desire to have with ease.
You have to stop asking other people what you should choose
No one and I mean NO ONE knows what you are here to do and or create. You have to learn to feel your truth and your path in your own heart. Listening to what other people think and what other people would choose only crowds and confuses your truth. What is true for you always creates a lightness. If you don't feel light about your choices you haven't found what you want to choose.
You have to stop checking in to see what is acceptable to choose
When we look at what is acceptable by grandma and aunt Donna, we aren't truly in the flow of choices we would like to choose. As long as we live in a life where we are constantly checking in to see what our family thinks is alright or what our mom thinks is socially acceptable we are still gravely limiting the possibilities of what we would like to do. Living a life you love means choosing things you would like without seeing if those around you approve.
Your choices create
Every choice you make creates a path. Every path creates new choices. A choice is only good for as long as you would like to make it. If you choose something and it feels heavy, unchoose it and find something that matches what you would like to create. You have to release yourself from the idea that once you make a choice you have to be stuck in that choice forever. You do not. You never have to stay in any choice that makes you feel heavy or hard. Some choices are harder to unwind for sure if you have been choosing it for so long. And of course, there are BIG choices and SMALL choices. But all choices can be ease if you stop cycling in the mistakes of your past and start creating moving forward.
You are capable of creating anything but you over anyone else has to believe it’s possible
If you really truly desire to create something, you have to be the biggest supporter of that creation! You can not and I repeat CAN NOT continue to waiver in your ability to create it. You choose it and allow the universe to bring it to you. Learn tools like how to ask and receive it. Be strong in your ability to create it. Speak as though your confident you will have it. And don't listen to anyone who tells you you're not capable of creating. You can have anything you desire but you have to believe that's true.
Learn to live in the flow
You have to learn to live in the flow of who you are and what works for you. In the flow of you is the space where everything you desire. You receive an awareness of what you would like to have because you are capable of creating it. Everything you have ever desired is within the capacity for you to create it. It's within the flow of you that it is available.
When something feel heavy it's not true for you
Heaviness is always an indicator that where you are going is not where you are meant to be. Allow yourself to tap into your body for the answers! Your lightness will always set you free!
Learn to ask some questions
We are infinite beings with infinite knowing. Universal law states, Ask and you shall receive! Want some answers about what you should choose or where you should go? Ask some questions and allow the Universe to answer you energetically leading you to your lightness.
It's completely possible that you haven't connected to what you are looking for yet! Ask and allow the Universe to deliver the ultimate expansion of you.
Discover what lights you up and choose it
When you feel a lightness of a choice, lean into it and choose it fully. Don't let anyone's ideas or viewpoints stop you from choosing what you want to choose. Other people's limitations are not yours. Choose the life you would like to live and allow the path to unfold. And even when it doesn't make perfect sense if you follow your lightness it will lead you home.
Nothing brings me more joy than being present with someone when they truly connect to their own truth and discover that they really can have exactly what they desire. It's pure magic!
