When You Want To Change But You’re Attached To Who You Have Been
Updated: Feb 11, 2020
Let‘s face it change can be hard.
If you are finding yourself at a crossroads where you would love to be different but can’t shift out of your own bologna, I understand!
It can be overwhelming to think of yourself as different. Especially when those closest to you continuously reaffirm who you have been.
It's hard to break the patterns that keep you looping in who you were.
The guilt, the upset over past choices, feeling bad about things you did or said, all of it can be exhausting.
But what if you could change the attachments to who you’ve been?
What if you could be different?
Today I invite you to check out one of my recent radio shows where I talk about changing the connection to you. How long are you going to live the same life over and over before you want something different?
