When You Feel Heavy

Is life feeling a bit overwhelming? Feeling overloaded with anxiety and upset? Feel that heaviness in your chest?

Take a deep breath.

Take a journey with me into rediscovering who you are by releasing everything you are not.

You are not heaviness. When you perceive the heaviness remind yourself it is not who you are. There is information there. Not a "wrongness" there is nothing wrong with you its just information your body is processing.

Put your barriers down and expand out. (If you don't know how to expand, check it out on youtube.) Ask, what am I aware of? No head noise, just receive the information in your body. Breathe. Ask, what would it take for this to be ease? Take a nice deep breathe and do as you read.

I release everything I am internalizing as mine that isn't.

I am unwinding the place where I am tied up in worry as worry doesn't create anything but more worry.

I acknowledge how powerful I am and how capable I am in moving my life forward.

Right now I choose to be present with what is present and release everything that is not.

I am an infinite being with infinite choice and today I choose ease.

Take a deep breath.
