What Do You Do When You're Inundated With Thoughts That Scare You?

Energies being downloaded on the planet right now are intense. If you are feeling overwhelmed in mind chatter and self-defeating noise here are some suggestions to help.


1. Don’t resist them.

I know it may be hard to listen to your head tell you yucky bad things. It’s normal to go into the resistance to this stuff because it feels gross. But when you resist energy it gets louder. So what you want to do is keep your barriers down and just receive it. You don’t have to act on it. You don’t have to do anything with the information. It’s just noise. Receive it and acknowledge that it’s not your thought.


2. Acknowledge it.

Acknowledgment is super powerful. When you acknowledge the noise you are hearing you are not validating it to be true. You are just allowing yourself to be aware of the noise around you. When you are aware that what you are hearing is just that, noise, you don’t have to buy it as your own or even that it’s true.


3. Don’t make it about you. It’s not yours.

When you hear these weird and random thoughts, stop and ask, is this mine? Or something else’s? If you do this you will find those thoughts are not yours.


4. Don’t make you wrong.

Don’t instantly go to telling yourself you are a bad person or your terrible or whatever wrongness your perpetrating. You are not bad. You are not wrong.


5. Understand it.

We are in a powerful time of transformation right now. And guess what? There are lots of things that don’t want you to wake up. And the easiest way they can keep you asleep is to convince you that you are bad and wrong. And if you can believe some random thoughts about yourself or others and think that your crazy, they win. If it makes you feel heavy, sad, depressed, upset, it’s not yours. You are not these things. You are an infinite being capable of creating amazing things. You are super aware of frequencies and the system has been taking advantage of that for a long time. It’s convinced you that something is wrong with you when there isn’t. It’s convinced you that something is wrong with you when you are perfect. It’s time to take back our power and our infinite birthright. Stop buying into intensities that are not true.


You are a powerful creator. Every time you buy into that wrongness you dim your light. Time to shine 💫💫💫💫
