The Freedom Of Clarity

Clarity is the one thing that often lacks for us Empaths. We are so innately aware of everyone and everything that we can easily become clouded with indecision. This indecision often spills into all areas of our life and can cause us to feel overwhelmed and over processed with every decision and situation we encounter.

Often people will tell me, “I’m just so overwhelmed and unmotivated. I just don’t know what to do.” And here’s the exact steps I tell them to make.

Steps to clarity

Step One

Write down all the thoughts inside your head. What exactly is your head saying to you? What is it you keep going back too? What are you struggling with? Write it all out. EVERY. SINGLE. WORD.

Step Two

Dive into dissecting the upset. Look at each thought, is this true? Or something else? If you can’t tell it’s because your too connected to it. Clear all the viewpoints around it. (If you don’t know how to clear check this out) and ask again. Which one feels lighter? Not what your head says, what does your body say? Is the thought true or is it something else?

Step Three

Acknowledge what is true. If the thought isn’t actually true, cross it off. And stop revisiting it. The thing you have to understand is that if you keep looping in an untrue thought it will bury you in heaviness.

Step Four

Breathe. Stop trying to figure it out. You aren’t to the truth yet. Ask and receive (if you don’t know how to ask and receive check that out here).

Step Five

Allow yourself to receive the truth. You will know what is true because it will light you up with lightness. The truth always sets you free! Always! If you aren’t set free you aren’t to the truth.

Step Six

Write the truth somewhere so whenever you start looping in the subject again you can pull the truth back out and read it. Remember the truth sets you free. Even when you read it for the second, third, fourth or fifth time.
