Sometimes You Get Mixed Up In Stuff That’s Not Even Yours

Feeling deflated? Defeated? Hopeless? Overwhelmed? All the above??
What if those emotions aren’t even yours?
What if you're just aware of there existence and just by acknowledging it you can change it?
Does the thought of them not being yours feel lighter to you? Take a deep breath and release them.
This planet is covered in heaviness. Strong emotional frequencies exist everywhere. What if they aren’t yours, what if you're just aware of them?
What I have learned is perceiving those
emotions triggers the memories of old energies to be released. So when you perceive the frequency you automatically align within the feeling, reacting instantly in the emotion.
If you want to stop being the effect of what you are aware of when you “feel” these old emotions you must give yourself space from them. First, look at, do I have any reason to be feeling this way right now? Don’t use your past as a reference point. Breathe. If nothing is going on right this very moment to trigger that feeling acknowledge it’s not yours and release it. Don’t buy into any longer. Don’t listen to the head noise inside of it. Breathe. Release it and move on. The less intensity you give it the less power it has over you. It will shift and go away.
You as a being, you are not heavy, you are not hard, you are not overwhelmed.
You are a peaceful presence. Time to be it. ❤️
