I've Tried Everything.....

Updated: Feb 11, 2020

I've tried everything to feel better.

I have this emptiness, loneliness inside I just can't seem to shake.

I feel disconnected from everyone and everything, yet so connected to their pain.

I've tried everything from therapy to EFT and still here I am, feeling upset inside with no real reason why.

My life isn't bad, why can't I just feel the happiness inside?

I hear things in my head like, "You're never going to change this. You're always going to be lonely and all alone. You're never going to be any different. Nothing can help you."

What if you haven’t yet tried everything?

What if there is a way to feel better?

What if what you have been feeling isn’t even yours to feel?

What if what has you down is your awareness of information?

What if you can learn to be different, exist in a way that creates you and the joy you seek within?

You were taught to internalize emotion.

You were taught that there is always something wrong with you, not that there is something wrong with the way we function in this reality.

You were taught to always figure out the answers with information outside of you, instead of looking to what you know is true.

Here are some ways to instantly start feeling better:

1. Acknowledge everything you know without the looping chatter afterward.

So when you hear yourself say something like, “this isn’t working for my life.” Acknowledge it and don’t make it wrong with words like, “you don’t know what you're talking about.” Or “you have to do this or choose this.” Acknowledge what you know and allow yourself to not be wrong for it.

2. Ask yourself questions

“What would I like my life to be like?“

So often we get caught in the day to day overwhelm with what is, we don’t allow ourselves the space to be in the daydream. What would you like?

3. Stop resisting information.

Learn to take deep breathes and receive. Your body is a receiving organ receiving information all the time. Let it without having to do anything with it.

4. Give yourself space to not feel good.

It’s okay you are struggling. Pause. Stop pushing. Be gentle with you. Surrender to this moment and stop judging it. You are where you are for a reason, the first step to healing is acknowledging it.

5. Now make a choice to do whatever it takes to find the answers to change this.

Once you decide you want to change the universe conspires to make it happen. Let go of what has been. Stop looping in nothing will help me and decide to find what it is that will.

6. Learn new tools like expanding, clearing, asking and receiving, and releasing old belief systems.

These tools are different than the norm. These tools will help you understand how different you function. These tools will give you the space to have the joy you desire in your life.

7. Ask for things that bring you joy to show up.

You don’t need to know what it is, just ask.

What would it take for Joy to show up for me?

What can I do or be to have more Joy?

What can I choose to have more Joy?

8. Have gratitude for daily things.

Having a refrigerator full of food is something to be grateful for! Practice being thankful for the things you love and watch more show up!

Stop coping with your symptoms, learn to resolve what‘s causing the upset. You deserve to feel happy and joyful with life. Check out all the tools at
