I Feel Everything! Tips To Stop Internalizing Everything You Feel.
Updated: Feb 11, 2020
When you are energetically sensitive it’s easy to think something is wrong with you.
All. The. Time.
Your system is in constant overwhelm with the information it is receiving.
And man do you receive it!
Your body is a receiving organ, always receiving information from everyone and everything all the time.
Your eyes see.
Your ears hear.
Your nose smells.
Your mouth tastes.
Your skin absorbs.
Read that last line again......
Your skin absorbs.
Your body is absorbing information from everyone all the time.
”That man is angry.”
”That women is upset”
”That child is hurting”
It‘s the way we have been taught about the information we are receiving that has us all wonked up.
Somewhere in society, we decided words like angry or upset were words you didn't say or energies you didn't dive into because saying the neighbor man was angry was mean. Or acknowledging that your teacher was upset was crossing some imaginary line to the information you weren't allowed to know.
But you did know.
You could feel it.
It was intense.
And it was warranted.
Instead of "knowing" things you had to look them up in a book. Or go to some outside source to tell you. Instead of someone just acknowledging that you did know. You were aware that something didn't feel right with the neighbor.
You did know that something was off at church.
You do feel when something is off.
No one let you. No one acknowledged you. And no one believed you.
And when you blurted out what you knew about people you were rude or mean.
I can't tell you how many times in my life I heard someone say to me, "You can't say that that's mean." It was? Because I was not trying to be mean. I was just pointing out the obvious. The point here is this, You are not mean. You are not wrong. You are aware. You always have been. You know things about people. Your body is a receiving organ. Your skin is absorbing energy all the time. Everything is energy. EVERYTHING.
So if you want to feel better, you have to learn how to feel everything. You have to get that its all just information. You don't have to do anything with it.
Your body is just doing what it does. It absorbs. Everything. Let it.
And acknowledge what it tells you.
1. Acknowledge what you know!
"Oh, that man is angry? Cool thanks for telling me body. I will stay clear."
"Oh, that women is upset? Cool, thanks for telling me body. Do I do anything about it? No? Okay. I will acknowledge that and keep moving."
2. Ask questions about what you find out.
Nine times out of ten you won't do anything with the information you receive. It's just information. Your sweet body is just telling you things based off the energy it is receiving.
3. Receive it.
Practice keeping your barriers down and stay expanded. Pull the information all the way through.
4. Don't get caught in it.
Its just information! You do not have to do anything with it. Your body is just telling you what it feels energetically.
5. Don't make what you found out wrong.
It's so common to second guess what you feel about someone and say things like,"Why am I always so judgemental. I don't know that for sure." Yes, YOU DO! If you are feeling it, it's more than likely true! Again, just acknowledge it. It's just information. Everyone has stuff going on. Sometimes people don't make great choices. It is what it is.
6. Use the information you feel to make choices about what you are going to choose.
If you hear someone isn't trustworthy, don't leave your purse with them. Just because you feel they aren't trustworthy doesn't mean you have to run and tell everyone you know you don't trust them. Just use that information to make choices for you.
Learn how to be a receiver.
Nothing you know means anything about you.
You are an amazing energetic being. Learn to embrace your gifts and expand your life magically.
