Heal The Way You Think About You

Updated: Feb 11, 2020

What thoughts about you are you continuously swimming in?

The relationship you have with yourself is your most important relationship.

The energy you hold onto about you, tells the world how to treat you and tells the Universe what you expect.

The good news is, changing the way you feel and think about yourself is not hard. If you change the energy around a thought or situation you can actually have a totally different experience.

Today let me share with you how very easy it is to change the way you think about yourself.

Take a past memory you have where you feel upset with yourself. This could be a recent memory or a very distant memory. Take one that you often think about.

Once you have that memory of you in your mind's eye, put who you were on that very day out in front of you. Get the situation that happened and put all of that right out in front of you. Now pull pure positive life force energy from behind you and the situation. Like a huge wave of pure positive life force energy. Pull it through the situation and all the way through your body. Keep pulling that energy through space in between and now receive that energy into your current body. Pulling and receiving. Taking some nice deep breathes. Allow you to receive all this pure positive life force energy from the old situation and the old you. Pulling and receiving.

Now as you continue to receive, from your arm area send back to you the energy of gratitude. Give the old space of you this gratitude, allowing the old you to be immersed in gratitude from you. Then pull that gratitude back, creating a gratitude cycle from the old you to the new you, filling both of you with gratitude. Being thankful and grateful for the experience you had. Grateful for the space of you. Thankful for the trials and tribulations of the past as these situations have taught you and allowed you to grow. Continuing to pull and receive and be filled with gratitude.

Continuing to breathe, feeling your body relaxing more and more with the space of ease. As you melt into this space feel how different you feel. How much more relaxed your body is and how much more ease you are perceiving. Now release yourself and the situation. And take some nice deep breathes. Now go back to that situation. Do you feel how different it feels? How much more relaxed you are with what happened? If it still feels like there is some upset in there, do it again. Use this technique to go through your trauma you are holding onto. Use this as a gift for yourself. The more you pull and receive from yourself the more you will feel yourself changing.

This is a powerful process that will give you space to choose something greater.
