Be Aware Of Your Projections
I saw a post yesterday on Facebook that said something along the lines of, "I want to ...... but I’m worried about ......."
We’ve all seen these types of posts right? And perhaps you’re currently thinking that you would like to do something but you’re worried about something else happening as a result.
I get it.
I’ve been there.
I used to be a worrier too.
Until I realized.
When you project your worry what you’re doing is holding space for that possibility to come true.
There’s either it will or it won’t.
Worry is something that doesn’t actually create anything but space for the “thing” to be created.
It’s about realizing that you can create anything you desire but you have to be aware of is what certain choices create.
If you are thinking about something you desire to do or create for your life, actively pursue it.
Choose it fully.
Choose it immediately.
Your choice creates the motion of creating it.
If you choose it possibilities will arise.
Not all possibilities are favorable, ask, receive, be present with the possibility and what it creates.
Be present- that’s key.
If it starts feeling heavy and hard, unchoose it and move on.
There’s no room for worry.
There’s no room for what if’s.
There are choices and possibilities, some are heavy and some are light.
Learn to feel what works for you.
Stop the cycle of unawareness today.
