Aligning With A Life That Works.

You are in alignment with what is showing up in your life. Alignment is not something you “strive” for but something you are already in. You are in alignment. You may be in alignment with crap, but you're there! You are always in alignment with what you are vibrating at. If you don't like the way your life is showing up you have to change the way you are aligned creating something different. Most of us function in various different energetic paradigms which is why life feels so overwhelming and confusing. Instead of picking a path and following it we stop 80 times a day checking in with everyone around us taking on other people's opinions, energies, ideas and then we ask tons of questions and take on tons of points of view. Essentially aligning with all these different ideas and viewpoints overwhelming our systems and leaving us feeling deflated and exhausted.

Aligning with a life that works happens when you learn how to be different.

Here are some tips and tools to slow down and align with a life that works.


1. You have to get present with you.

First step... Presence. What is everything that is taking you out of being present in your life? Its time to get real and true with that stuff. The thing is all that noise you are hearing is exactly what you are aligned with right now. So if it sounds like a frat party in your head, that's exactly the crap show that's showing up in your life. Getting present with that stuff isn't hard but it can be very painful. Find support to get present. It really makes the process way faster and easier.


2. Surrender to what is and who you have been

You have to stop looping in making you wrong for who you have been, things you have done and things that were done to you. Most of us live in a constant resistance of life that manifests as a continuous fear response in our bodies. This fear response creates exactly what we are resisting. This is in part of what you are in alignment with. When you surrender to it you can acknowledge it for what it is and you can move on. As long as you are looping in trying to change it or resist it the more space it takes up in your life.


3. You have to get clear about what you desire.

When you are clear about what you desire you can release and unwind yourself from everything that doesn't match that. Getting clear allows you to build energy into the creation of what you desire.


4. Integrate your senses

Add all your senses in creating your life. What do you desire for your life to feel like? Look like? Taste like? Smell like? Sound like? The more you add your senses the more information you have about what you want to create. This starts creating the energetic blueprint for your life creating life showing up differently.
