2020 Time To Build New Form And Structure To Create Lasting Change

2020 is a number four year. The number four is about conscious choices and responsibility. Four is aligned with a creative energy that tells us to create a solid form and structure for your life. This number four year will be a new foundation year that will help us to create solid form and structure for anything we desire to create this year. No matter what it is you would like to be or choose this four year is telling you to get clear about it and put some real energy into creating it. Four is also detail-oriented so it's important to put the exact details you desire.
Here are some tips and tools on how to have exactly what you desire this year.
1. Spend more time in the energy you want to create versus the energy you hate.
This means stop talking about sh*t you hate. Spend time daily in gratitude, instead of dreading the long drive to work, project the ease of travel. It's uber important that you focus on what you want to create this year. Shifting just small daily thoughts can create a big impact on your daily life.
2. Get into your feelings.
What do you want your life to feel like? And this includes everything you don't want your life to feel like too. If you're tired of feeling upset or angry, make it a goal to not be that anymore. Anything you put time and energy into you are capable of shifting. Get clear about what your life feels like right now. What do you love? What do you hate? Spend time getting clear about what you do desire if you can feel it you can actualize it.
3. Learn how to feel into what choices create.
Every single choice you make creates a path and energy in your life. Every. Single. Choice. When you make a choice the choice starts creating an energy in your life. You can feel that energy. It may make you feel angry or sad or happy. (Most of us have been making unconscious choices for so long we may be buried in a ton of choices that don't work. So as you evaluate your life moving you must focus on moving forward not focusing on old energies of old choices. Example: feeling guilty or angry about the past, those are not active choices.) Get into your feelings, ex. I want my life to feel empowering, then look at the choices you have available. Which choice feels the most empowering? Choose that. When you choose that it will create energy in your life. Does that energy match what you want your life to be like? If not make a different choice. This is a process. The more you practice it the easier it becomes.
4. Let go of the past.
You can not control your past decisions, choices, and so on so you must learn to let go of the past. Feeling bad about what happened or what you choose in the past will only create more things to feel bad or upset about. This year is the year to take responsibility for your life and choose to be different.
5. Say no to things that don't align with your life
Learn to say no to the things that are no longer in alignment with what you want your life to be like. If you no longer want to be angry stop doing things that make you angry. I know it doesn't seem that easy but it really is. Check-in with your choices and make sure they align with what you desire. And that's every choice. When I actively started choosing ease I had to check in to see if every choice was in alignment with that ease. Ex. Going out to eat might be ease. But going to a restaurant with bad customer service will not create ease for me. So you have to get very specific. Will going out to eat at "this restaurant" create ease?
6. Stop hanging out with people who insult your soul.
If someone continuously makes you feel bad about yourself or your choices, choose not to be around them. If this is a family member or someone you feel obligated too, you can start by voicing your concerns. Saying things like, "when you say ..... it makes me feel ..... and I don't want to feel that way anymore." Start by letting them know how their actions are affecting you. If they want to make you feel bad about how you feel or take that opportunity to make you feel worse than you can say things like, "this year I have decided I don't want to feel that way anymore and if you can't respect that then I won't be coming around anymore. I made a commitment to myself and I plan to do whatever is required to uphold it." This is your life. If someone can't respect you and your choices they don't deserve to be part of your life.
7. Consciously choose to create what you desire.
This is your life. No one is coming to save you or fix you. Only you can do that. This new year holds the perfect opportunity for you to build yourself as anything you would like to be. Your conscious choice to create what you desire gives you energy and space to create it. Get clear about what you want and choose it every day, choose it. Find people who align with your desires. Hire someone to help you get clear and focused. Do whatever you need to do. This year is your year to be or do whatever you would like to be or do. You are a powerful creator capable of having and being anything. Do it for you.
